General information

There are lowrise blocks of flats at the property. All the flats except the ones the Asemakatu side at the staircases B and C have glasswalled balconies.

There is a laundry facility at the property located at the cellar of the A staircase.

All the flats except the small ones at the 1st floor at the staircase A have their own saunas. There is also a shared sauna where you can book your personal turn at from your Rental Secretary. There is an elevator at B and C staircase.

There is a cover car parking for the majority of the tenants.
