The buildings and the flats have the newest plumbing facilities. All the flats have glasswalled balconies.

There will be a new shared cozy playground and recreational area with barbeque among other things at Kaikukatu 4.

The laundry facility is located at Maahisentie 3 yard area. Waching machines work by phone.
