Termination

Both parties to the contract must complete a notice of termination. Confirmation of the received notice of termination will be sent by e-mail. Fields marked with * are mandatory.

The period of notice will be calculated from the last day of the calendar month in which we have received the notice of termination. The notice period and, of course, the lease will end on the last day of the following calendar month.

Inspection of the apartment

The final inspection of the apartment will be performed at the end of the rental period. The resident must arrange an inspection time with the maintenance person in his area, on weekdays between 07:00 - 16:00. The resident must be present during the inspection of the apartment. Money in the deposit will be used to pay for possible defects and breakages according to the inspection protocol. If a deposit has not been collected, the resident will be billed.

Tenant must contact the janitor about pre-inspection within one (1) week from giving termination notice. If the tenant does not contact the janitor, the apartment will be pre-inspected during Mon-Fri 09.00-15.00. The janitor will use the master key if necessary.

The final inspection of apartment will be made upon termination of the lease agreement, when apartment is empty and cleaned. Possible defects and damage recorder in the inspection document shall be deducted from the deposit. If no deposit has been charged, the tenant shall pay the resulting costs in accordance with separate invoice.
