General Information

There are three blocks of flats at the location.

The apartments are single room units sizes of 22 - 24 m2 or family apartments sizes of 40 - 100 m2. There are no balconies at the single room units but there is shared balcony in each staircase.

There is water charge based on the number occupants in each apartment, 17 €/month. The electricty charge is based on a fixed monthly fee on the single room units but there is bi-annual checking of the electricity usage meters on the family apartments according to which the tenants will receive adjusted bills for the period.

Sauna shifts and parking places can be booked from our office upon monthly charges. Please note that there is a limited number of parking places. A parking licence to the parking areas without heating poles can be collected from our office.

There is a laundry facility at the downstairs of the building no. 2.

Rent includes internet connection. Connection speed is 100/10M.
