General Information

There are three 6-storeyed-blocks of flats at the property with 18 stairway entrances.

The flats have been build between years 1981 - 83. The flats in A-F stairways have been renovated in 1998, flats in G-L stairways in 2003 and flats in M-R -stairways in 2011.

There is a shared sauna, laundry facility and a gym in a separate building. Washing machine works by phone (about 2€/wash). You can collect the key to the gym from our office.

In A-L stairways water and electricity fees are included in the rent.

Apartments in M-R stairways have their own water meter (advance payment included in rent) and own electricity (charged separately). Tenants have to make an electricity contract theirself.

Rent includes internet connection. Connection speed is 100/10M.

Shared Flats

In the shared flats each room has a bed (no mattress), desk, chair, wardrobe and fridge. Additionally the shared flats share a kitchen where there is a dining table with chairs.

2-room flats

In A-L stairways the flats are located at the ground level and all the flats have their own outdoor patios. In M-R stairways the apartments are located in different floors. The flats have combination fridge-freezer. All 2-room flats are unfurnished.

1-room flats

The 1-room flats are unfurnished.
