Private parking enforcement on our property carried out by an external service provider has ended. From now on, parking enforcement will be handled by the City of Kajaani’s municipal parking authority. For further information, please contact the municipal parking authority, tel. 044 710 0969.
Please note the following parking guidelines:
- Parking on fire and emergency access routes is strictly prohibited.
- Loading and unloading of goods is permitted for a maximum of 5 minutes.
- During moving, the vehicle must remain movable at all times. Loading or unloading activities must be actively underway throughout the move.
- Disabled parking permits must be clearly displayed on the vehicle’s windshield.
- Vehicles that have not passed vehicle inspections, do not have valid liability insurance, or have been taken off the road may not be parked in these parking spaces.
- Parking at residential properties always requires renting a parking space and/or obtaining a written parking permit from the landlord, except for guest parking in designated guest spaces.
