Smoking is prohibited in the apartments as well as in all shared and public areas of the property, including the elevator. Smoking is also prohibited in front of entrances and on communal balconies. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, while maintaining general cleanliness and without littering.

Report it immediately to our customer service info@kajaaninpietari.fi or call 08 615 52 060 (Mon-Fri 9:00-14:00). The cost of changing the locks will be charged to you. If you wish to have extra key, you can order an additional key at your own expense. When you vacate the apartment, you must return the same number of keys as you received when you moved in. You can also request additional keys during your stay, but all keys must be returned upon moving out.

If you have not yet signed the lease, we can negotiate the start date. However, once it is signed, the start date is binding.

Vuokrasopimuksen alkaessa voit noutaa ne toimistolta kuittausta vastaan. Valtakirjalla voit valtuuttaa toisen henkilön, mutta noutajan henkilöllisyys tunnistetaan (otettava mukaan virallinen henkilötodistus, voimassa oleva ajokortti tai passi).At the start of the lease, you can pick them up from the office against a receipt. You can authorize another person with a power of attorney, but the person collecting the keys must be identified (bring an official ID, a valid driver’s license, or a passport). Check our office’s opening hours from our website.

The lease must always be terminated in writing. There is a termination form on the website and/or you can visit our office. If the office is closed, you can return the termination form to the mailbox at the office entrance.

The lease agreement ends on the last day of the month following the notice of termination. The notice period is one (1) calendar month. The moving-out day is the same as the lease end date.

You can hang pictures on the walls, but large mounting marks must be repaired when moving out. Only an authorized, skilled technician can connect the washing machine. We recommend taking out home insurance when you move into the apartment.

If you do not yet have a Finnish bank account, you can also pay the security deposit through TransferMate. Please note that we do not allow payments on cash or card, only payment to our bank account.

• We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay and Tenpay.
• Once funds are received, payment is transferred to your institute
• Confirmation of payment is emailed to both you ant the institute

You will receive the rent invoice either when picking up the keys or by postal mail. The due date for rent payment is always the 10th day of every month. You will have all the needed information for payment on the rent invoice. Please note that we do not accept cash or card payments. We allow bank payments only.
